Pastor arrested for rape in Santchou

After having sexually abused a young girl of 17 years, a pastor has been arrested and is now at the Dschang Central Prison.

A pastor based in Santchou a town in Menoua Department, is currently languishing in the Dschang Prison. He was caught having s*x with a 17 year old girl on Sunday, October 12 by a group of faithfuls.

Having waited in vain for her sister at home after worship, the youngest sister of the victim returned to the Church where she heard screams coming from the House of the man of God.

Quickly, she ran to alert their dad, one Mr Ewane who, after the service had stopped in a bar to sip a few bottles of beer in the company of the other faithfuls.

Returning to the Church, the man, astonished broke into pastor's room and caught him red-handed in the act.

Out of panic, the pastor escaped through the window. He was caught half-naked by the angry people. Luckily for him, a Constable who was passing by rescued him from the grips of these angry residents and drove him to the Santchou Gendarmerie Brigade.

While at the gendarmerie, the 'rapist Pastor' confessed. After 4 days in police custody, the man of God, has been transferred to the Prison of Dschang.
