Notorious bandit nabbed in Muyuka

A notorious armmed bandit whose name we couldn’t get is currently helping the elements of Kumba central police station, headed by Commissioner Wilson Elong Njumenjikang on allegation of constant complainst of robbery recorded in Kumba and its environment with him as the usual prime suspect.

He was arrested along the Kumba-Buea highway enroute to Douala by Muyuka Police elements. Reports of burglary of shops in the Fiango-main market in Kumba II Sub Division carting away with cartons of mobile phone and FCFA 4.5million triggered a man hunt for the hidden face behind the act.

Fortunately with the vigilance of the police, the hoodlum was nabbed and with him was found FCFA 4.5million and some phones. According to the wife of the owner of the stolen goods, it is thanks to her constant prayers that God intervened for the hard earn money of her husband to be found with the bandit.

The money she disclosed was programmed for shopping the following day in Douala.
