Guinean kills Malian for 1 500 FCFA in Douala II

A man from Guinea Conakry, who is a resident in Douala, has smashed the head of a Malian man out of anger.

According to police sources, the incident took place on Saturday at the Makéa neighborhood, in the District of Douala II.

The Guinean had delivered scraps to his victim two days before the unfaithful incident. When he came back to claim the agreed amount of the transaction, being the 1 500 FCFA, he was told that payment is no longer possible because the "goods" had been stolen. Subsequently, an argument broke out.

Furious for not being able to get his money, the ‘supplier’ took a bench which he used hit the head of his interlocutor, putting an end to the discussion. The unfortunate man, who was rushed to the Laquintinie hospital, died later.

Sources have stated that the murderer was still in the hands of the judicial police.
