An official at the Presidency accused of rape

Lucie Georgette Ntsama, walks today in dark glasses. Her vision is impaired. Her chest in pains and she claims to have pains in her genitals.

After drinking two glasses of whiskey, when she decides to take her leave around 9:30 pm, she suddenly received severe punches in a room. One of her executioners launched it; "I am ready to do anything for money." After receiving several kicks and punches, she lost consciousness. She woke up naked at around 4 am, locked in a room.

She survived, thanks to the phone call she made to her younger sister at around 6am. On the forensic certificate, 30 days of incapacity issued by Dr. Bomba Medical Center district of Odza, it read: "Alteration of the general state, hematomas in glasses, conjunctival hyperemia left painful swelling, defamatory knees and several abrasions."

When the editor was contacted, the accused denied the facts and rather involved his friend of the Presidency of the Republic. He said: "I cannot touch Lucia, we have known each other for eight years. When I went out to buy soybeans, I came to witness a fight between Lucy and my friend.

I tried to separate them. My partner (employee of the Presidency) had drunk so much that I had to call his brother so he could send him back to his car."

Asked why Lucie Ntsama remained locked in the room until 6 in the morning without care, while the hospital is less than 100 meters, he stated that he wanted her to "rest first."

The employee of the Civil Cabinet of the Presidency of the Republic accused his journalist friend. He stressed: "Yes, like all men I courted Lucia, but I have not touch her with my hands. It was my friend who was tapping. In the end he gave me 500 FCfa to go home because my car has broken down."

When asked why he has not provided assistance to the victim, he said: "I did not want to involve myself because I did not know what was happening."

According to our sources, investigation has been opened by Sed and assigned to the unit operational command led by Colonel Bamkoui.
