89 packets of cannabis intercepted

Still in Douala, following a tip-off, ESIR elements arrested two individuals with 89 packets of cannabis during two separate operations.

In the first operation that took place at about 11.00 am on recently, the ESIR team arrested 24-year-old Kennedy Kubang with 48 packets of cannabis.
The suspect was taken to the 9th District Public Security Police Station at Deido where he was actively wanted.

The second operation took place at about 2.00am on Wednesday breaking Thursday, November 19 at Rond Point 4eme in the Deido neighborhood.
Then the ESIR team took into custody a certain Benglek Bihende Abdou Rassoul, 29, in possession of 41 packets of marijuana, a screw and six packets of razor blades.
Abdou was taken to the Central Police Station No.1 for further inquiries.
