42-year-old woman molested by 5 youngsters in Tole

A woman whose name The Post got from bystanders only as Regina, aged 42, a resident of Tole, was seriously beaten and stripped naked by five boys after they had sex with her.

According to reports, the woman was strolling from Campaign Street IV to Street II, when she was intercepted at about 1:00am by a young man, whose only identity The Post got as Aloysius, son of a tomato vendor.

Aloysius, who had reportedly left a night club, enticed Regina to have a night with him initially for FCFA 5,000. Aloysius even told Regina that he just returned from abroad and that he is floating in raw currency.

The gullible Regina reportedly followed Aloysius to a room at Campaign Street 8, New Layout. Aloysius had apparently reserved the room after networking with his friends and the agenda was that, Aloysius, after having a turn with the woman, his friends will also have turns with her.

While in the room, according to a certain Roland, a neighbour, Regina kept on entertaining Aloysius’ friends until it became a problem when she rejected the last one.

Roland recounted what Regina said that night: “I had an agreement with just Aloysius; I was surprised when his friends kept entering the room. I satisfied four of them but could not take the last one. In anguish, I screamed for help. The boys got very angry that I shouted at them, they unclothed me and got me well trashed. They even gave me FCFA 2,000 instead of FCFA 5,000,” Regina lamented.

It was also gathered that Aloysius and his friends fled on alert of arrival of security forces. Meanwhile, Regina was left naked at the veranda of that room, unavoidably viewed by onlookers and was only covered later with a loin cloth from the land lady of the compound.

Men of that neighbourhood, upon receiving the news, are said to have called Regina names while raining insults at her.

An old man even pointed his walking stick to the direction of her fork, while commenting: “that hole no di taya, ya legs di open even for small pikin dem?” At this point, eyewitnesses said, Regina became very remorseful and averred that she was tired of her marriage and, so, left Tole that night to ‘play life’.

Regina is reported to have been taken into custody by the security forces while an investigation has been opened.
