3 robbers arrested after a hold-up in Beedi

P.H. Fotso, Bibee J., alias "Sakis" and Nkot N. are still under questioning at the police station in Douala II.

They were captured recently in Beedi, after a robbery in a supermarket in this district. According to a senior officer of the police joined yesterday by Cameroon Tribune, they first broke into the shop and made away with two million f.

When the company of Douala II patrol was alerted, they went in search of them and with the help of the people, they caught up with them in the same neighborhood.

The chase led to an exchange of gunfire during which Valentin Talla was hit and Nkot was captured. A fifth member of the gang is still at large.
