Cameroon defeat Cote d'Ivoire in China

After two straight losses against the New Zealand Tall Blacks and the local Chinese team GuangDong, the Indomitable Lions finally had their first victory in the 3rd game against the Elephants of Cote d’Ivoire.

The game had a taste of revenge for the Lions after they were beaten in their game against Cote d’Ivoire in the quarterfinals of the 2013 Afrobasket in Abidjan a few months ago.

The game was the last of the first leg of the ongoing competition in China.

Next Thursday, the Lions will once more face La Cote d'Ivoire to begin the 2nd and final leg.
