The Cameroonian left-back will leave Saint-Etienne after having signed to the legendary club last year a one-year contract, the club wanted to renew it, and made him a contract proposal and began negotiations that have failed.

Currently in Saint-Etienne, news stirs more in the direction of departures than arrivals or contract extensions. And especially in defense where Sall and Pogba are not sure to stay, Brison, Baysse, Tabanou, Clerc and Benoît Assou-Ekotto left. The latter had signed a one-year contract at the start of the last season.

The author of an acceptable season with 20 games (19 starts) the Cameroonian left-back of 32 years had yet received a contract renewal proposal with Etienne leaders.

The former Lens player was indeed in talks with Les Verts for a few weeks to extend his contract. But, according to L’Equipe, the talks were not successful with Saint-Etienne, who are active on other tracks. The Cameroonian certainly has other tracks.
