N'Guémo's patience finally to be rewarded by Lens?

Coming out of contract at Bordeaux at the end of last season, Landry N'Guémo joined Lens during the transfer window. An arrival that ultimately did not take place due to lack of cash from the club. Since then, the Cameroon international is technically unemployed.

Sale time for Landry N'Guémo

After the 2014 World Cup which turned to be the worst in the Cameroon national team and his departure from Bordeaux, lack of contract extension, the midfielder thought he could revive his career by joining Racing Club de Lens and thus permanently move to another chapter in his career. I was wrong about the result, because for now, the Indomitable Lion can not commit to the Blood and Gold.

Blame it on the prohibition of recruitment, pronounced by the National Directorate of Management Control (DNCG), which hits the northern club. Due to unbalanced accounts, President Hafiz Mammadov has not kept his promises, namely bail out as expected after the climb, the RCL almost see his rise in Ligue 1 denied before the leaders and lensois DNCG not able to find some common ground.

Accounts under control, recruitment frozen

If the training has been artesian at the start of the season in Ligue 1, nearly 4 million euros missing from the accounts.

Until the transfer ban on Lens is lifted, N’Guemo is not considered a player in the club and must be satisfied for the time drives the group to maintain its shape.

"I find myself in a new situation. It is not easy to live mentally, but I especially feel sorry for myself. I remain positive, I trust RC Lens and Gervais Martel, who told me that a solution will be found, "concedes the Eastern Republican midfielder, waiting for the green light to engage with Lensois.

"I'm already Lensois"

One solution might be forthcoming with the arrival of 2.5 million from Azerbaijan. A transfer made by the owner Mammadov which would result in the deadlock and allow Antoine Kombouare to recruit a free agent or a joker. And that body has already found everything as it is the former Bordeaux.

"I can not wait to race again and I really hope it will be with Lens, where I was wonderfully well received," N’Guemo said.

For now, he plays an advisory role with his experience to the young players in the squad. "We feel that there is an incredible passion for the club. When workouts are open to the public, there is a crazy world. After three seasons at Bordeaux, it is here that I want to continue my career. In my mind, I'm already a Lensois."

With his three-year contract only awaiting to be signed, N'Guémo would then be rewarded for his patience.
