Arsenal keeping tabs on Clinton Njie

Arsenal are keeping tabs on Lyon striker Clinton Njie.

Njie, 21, has two years left on his deal and a release clause of only £800,000.

The Cameroon striker scored on his international debut this month - against the Congo.

He has been tipped as a successor to Samuel Eto'o in the Indomitable Lions.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, meanwhile, had praise for new forward Danny Welbeck after his first goal for the club at Aston Villa.
