CMR'nian players abroad put up impressive show

It was a wonderful week for Cameroonian players in Europe as they were able to lead their various clubs to victory and also finding the back of the net.

In France, Nicholas Nkoulou’s Olympique de Marseille was able to thrashed Evian by 3-1. He was also involved in the throughout the 90th minute of play. This was the fifth consecutive game for the Cameroonian central defender this year.

In the other match, Benjamin Moukandjo’s Stade de Reims won its first game of the season after five games by beating Toulouse (2-0). However, the Cameroonian was on the bench.

Cameroon’s new magic boy, Clinton Njie’s Olympique Lyon beat their rival AS Monaco 2-1 with the Cameroonian coming in at the 60th minute with more steam that saw his side seize the day.

Meanwhile, in Portugal, Vincent Abubakar made his debut with FC Porto when he came in at injury time in their 1-1draw against Vitoria Guimaraes.
