With bonuses not yet paid, Lionesses secure double qualification

By one goal to nil (goal by Enganamout in 58th min), the Ivory Coast, unlike the South Africans in the first game, forced the Lionesses of Cameroon in extra time by equalizing in the last fifteen minutes of the match.

Finally the end of the long suspense saw Cameroon impose on the score by 2 goals to 1. The winning goal was scored in the second half of extra time by Ngono Mani .

By winning their respective matches, Cameroonian and Nigerian women have made two things at once: a double qualification for the final scheduled October 25, 2014 and the final phase of the World Cup scheduled for July 2015 in Canada.

The Lionesses of Cameroon that displayed a record of three wins and one loss, have been playing without their various bonuses that are traditionally paid in such circumstances. Fécafoot and the Ministry of Sports who are the providers of the funds have so far turned a deaf ear to claims by the mute players.
