We will give it our all- Michel Dussuyer

CHAN 2016 : Chaque match a sa vérité– Michel Dussuyer CHAN 2016 : Chaque match a sa vérité– Michel Dussuyer

Côte d’Ivoire coach Michel Dussuyer is adamant that they will be able to raise their game against Cameroon on Saturday, in their 2016 African Nations Championship quarterfinal.

The Elephants reached the knockout stage of the continental tournament for the first time ever, thanks to a runners-up finish behind hosts Rwanda in their Group A.

And there will be no room for error against Group B winners Cameroon, who remain undefeated in this competition.

“Cameroon have a lot of quality, individually and collectively. They are very dangerous,” Dussuyer said.

“We know that they have potential. Individually, they have good strikers, and they are well organized.

“We built up some good momentum. We are improving match after match. Now, each game has its own truth. We are expecting a very tough match against Cameroon, but we are capable of doing well, of raising our game.

“We had no room for error in our last two group stage outings. We will give it our all.”
The Elephants will face the Indomitable Lions at Huye Stadium in Butare on Saturday 30 January (kick-off at 18h00 CAT).
