U20 World Cup Qualifiers: Lionesses eliminated by Ethiopia

Cameroon has failed to qualify for the next round of the U-20 FIFA Women's World Cup as Ethiopia won at home 2-1.

The Ethiopian side opened scores at the 18th minute and Mbengono Catherine levelled for Cameroon at the 40th minute. Wounded in the second half Menyong Menene's absence led to the second goal for Ethiopia.

The match was played with a full stadium and under heavy security.
