Fecafoot regional elections Fecafoot regional elections

Unlike other Regions, there will be a battle between the Chairmen of the Central, Eastern and South-West leagues for the Regional Fecafoot elections.

Each of these three regions has two opposition representatives for the elections which be held on September 14. Although they are substantially the same.

Southwest: Moki - Nkongho

Elected president of the Regional Football League of Southwest until November 7, 2014. Charles Mbella Moki will still face Felix Agbor Nkongho Anior for the same position. Close to Tombi Roko, Secretary General of FECAFOOT, Senator Moki is more likely to be reelected. It would be a miracle if he were to lose to his opponent.

Centre: Fabien Mvogo - Noa

In the Central Region, Saint Fabien Mvogo is likely to get the most votes, ahead of Noa Naphtalie Ndoum Ngue. The lists of the candidates have been declared eligible by the Election Commission of FECAFOOT. He was the only candidate and was elected president of the Regional League Central with 34 votes out of 36 in the previous elections which was canceled. However, the first candidate close to the outgoing team of FECAFOOT was best placed to succeed Luc Assamba.

East: Essoufou - Baninga

One candidate competing in the last election, Joseph Essoufou, has an opponent this time in his struggle for the conquest of the Presidency of the Regional Football League of the East.

The lieutenant Tombi Roko will compete with his challenger Charles Baninga. If the name of the latter does not evoke much in of Cameroonian football, it means that winning will be a bit difficult. Sources say that both candidates will continue with their campaign and hope to get the maximum possible votes.
