North Regional Football League in conflict with Abdouraman Hamadou

Regional League of Football in the North does not recognize Abdouraman Hamadou as president of Etoile Filante Fc de Garoua.

For D2 football championship which starts soon, the League rather presented the license for players to Mr Hamadou Abdoulaye who was maintained as the head of Etoile Filante de Garoua by a dissident group.

Hamadou Abdoulaye still claiming authorship of this legendary club of Garoua has just informed PR Joseph Owona.

"We must at all cost cancel licenses of the players from Etoile Filante de Garoua attributed to Hamadou Abdoulaye,” said Abdouraman, the Chairman of the Standardization Committee of Fecafoot, in his correspondence on August 13, 2015.

Considering the decisions of the CCA on October 30, 2014 and of TAS on February 19, 2015, Abdouraman considered that he is president of Etoile Filante de Garoua.

"With regard to the foregoing, I have the honour to request you to instruct the Chairman of the regional league of football in the Northern to abide scrupulously by the abovementioned sentences and to cancel the permits issued to Mr. Hamadou Abdoulaye, who continues to act illegally on behalf of our club," noted Abdouraman.

As a reminder, some members of the Board of Directors of the club had taken advantage of the absence of Abdouraman in Garoua to convene a general meeting at which a new office had been elected. Reinstated to the head of the Board of Directors of Etoile filante by the Court of arbitration for sport 19 February 2015, Abdourama had considered the General Assembly September 11, 2014, as a "failed coup" by detractors.
