Mbankomo: Lions train on Sunday

Alexandre Belinga was busy with his team, who did not want to spare any second during a training session on Sunday.

The workout was full of discipline. Also, there was respect for instructions ruled on the lawn of the Centre of Excellence of the CAF, which provided the grounds for this second session of the day.
