Fourteen cyclists are expected to take part in this crucial phase of the preparation of the 15th Grand Prix Chantal Biya.

Under the supervision of their coaches, Dieudonné Ntep and Thomas Siani, Cameroonians cyclists began on Tuesday, October 6, 2015, in the South which was the official route of the race. Yaoundé and Ebolowa race occurred yesterday, Zoaétélé-Sangmélima-Meyomessala today and the Douala race will take place tomorrow.

The objective is clear, to win the yellow jersey at the end of the race that will take place between O ctober14 and 18. If in 2013, Cameroonian Yves Ngue Ngock won while in the following year, local riders were disillusioned in 2014 with the victory of an Eritrean, Debesay Mekseb. There are two Cameroonian teams (A and B), six African sides (Ivory Coast, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Gabon and Rwanda) and 5 European teams (Côte-d'Ivoire, Égypte, Maroc, Algérie, Gabon et Rwanda) et 5 écuries européennes ( Ck Banska Bystrica of Slovakia Slovaquie; sélection Auvergne de France; Team Immo Nicolas Roux de France; Meubles Descartes Loup Sport of Switzerland; Global Cycling Netherlands).
