FENASSCO B Games: Minister says no situation of fraud will be tolerated

The Minister of Basic Education, Youssouf Hadidja Alim has launched the 2015 edition of the national primary games, FENASSCO B, in the West Regional Capital of Bafoussam.

Amongst the highlight of the opening ceremony was the lighting of the Olympic flame which was handed to the three Ministers in attendance: Youssouf Alim Hadidja, Adoum Garoua of Sports and Physical Education and Zacharie Perevet of Employment and Vocational Training.

The three Members of Government then handed over the Olympic flame to the Delegate of the West Region, Emmanuel Nzete who marched round the ceremonial ground.

Addressing participants the Minister of Basic Education said no situation of fraud shall be tolerated.

The Ministers accompanied by West Regional Governor, Awa Fonka Augustine visited the dormitories where the athletes are being lodged.

This 10th edition of the competition has been organised under the theme “School sports and respect of civic education values”.

Some 1220 primary pupils from the ten regions of the country are taking part in this years` edition that ends on Tuesday 21st April 2015.
