Etoile Filante: CCA adjourns Abdouraman’s case to November 10

Abdouraman Hamadou Abdouraman Hamadou

The Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration (CCA) of CNOSC has adjourned Abdouraman Hamadou's case to November, 10.

This decision has put a strain on Abdouraman since it is inconceivable that Tombi A Roko is President of the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT) and the president of Etoile Filante Garoua have extended the verdict of his application for annulment of the whole of Cameroon's recent electoral body of football process.

Even though it was originally scheduled on Tuesday, November 3, the arbitrators of the CCA will address (probably) on the case of Etoile Filante Garoua and his club against FECAFOOT in a week.

The audience for this afternoon has been postponed to November 10, at the request of counsel for FECAFOOT who did not sufficiently prepare for the defense of this instance.

In this case, the applicant seeks annulment of the election process of FECAFOOT, after a previous decision of the said Chamber that had dated October 1 and which declared "illegal", the statutes of the governing body of football, adopted in General Assembly of August 5, 2015.

Bell and Mebande in the same boat

And this is also not the first time that Abdouraman Hamadou introduced this "same" query. The first time, in October, it was rejected, deemed "unfounded" because it was "premature". And as for the case of the latter, deliberate motions of Joseph Antoine Bell and Brigitte Mebande in business between each of them against FECAFOOT, were also postponed for the third time.

That of Joseph Antoine Bell was scheduled for this Friday, November 6 while the Member of the National Assembly and former president of Union Sportive of Abong-Mbang will wait until November 10 like Abdouraman Hamadou.
