Chad announces coach recruitment notice

The president of the Chadian Football Federation (FTFA) has officially declared that his federation has launched a recruitment notice for a senior coach and for a long term period for the national team, the Sao.

The announcement was made on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, via the National Office of Radio Television of Chad (ONRTV)

Candidates for the post of coach of the national team of Chad must meet certain criteria. In particular; agree to sign a Chadian administrative contract, have a high-level coach diploma, be Chadian or foreign nationality.

Applicants must also demonstrate experience with a large team or national team, agree to reside in Chad and have a good reference in the world of football.

The five best applicants will be subjected to an analysis of medical expertise-cons by a certified doctor. The latter will be appointed by the Chadian Football Federation and the ministry. Selection will be made by recruiting technical committee set up by a decision of the federation.

This review recruitment puts an end to rumours that announced the appointment of the former captain of the Indomitable Lions, Rigobert Song, and head of technical supervision of the Chadian team. Song had nevertheless indicated that he was in talks with the Chadian authorities.

"The negotiations are certainly advanced, but the contract has not been signed yet," said Rigobert Song.
