Cameroon wins Africa Cup of Nations football for the deaf

Cameroon won over the weekend in Ghana the first edition of the Africa Cup of Nations football for the deaf.

In the final, the team beat the organising country with a score of 2-1 after having eliminated Nigeria in the semifinals.
