2016 Women AFCON: competition village set up

Visitors during the two-week sporting event will have this sports complex as venue for relaxation and cultural exhibitions.

This 15th November 2016, stands to be used by exhibitors are being arranged and the necessary cable connections checked.

Accordingly, the courtyard of the sports complex has been divided into different sections; prominent amongst them is the Fans Zone. This is where those who cannot make it to the stadium will watch the matches on giant screens.

There is also a section of the AFCON village which will be dedicated to Cameroonian and foreign cuisine.

In the meantime, the other stands will exhibit artifacts and items peculiar to Cameroon and its people.
