2015 All Africa Games: Cameroon grabs four medals

Cameroonian Andegue Mbia Innocent Yves has won a gold medal in the individual karate kumite 84kg category at the ongoing 2015 All Africa Games in Brazzaville-Congo.

The first gold medal for the Cameroon delegation was won this Tuesday 8th September 2015 during day five of the games.

The lone gold medal adds to three medals to make it a total of four leaving Cameroon at the 4th position after Egypt, South Africa and Algeria.

Earlier in the competition, Cameroonian Nonagm Boyomag Etienne Martial secured a bronze medal in the +84 category in karate while the Cameroonian team won another bronze medal in the group kata competition.

It is worth noting that Sylvie Ambani also grabbed bronze medal for the Cameroon delegation during day two of the competitions in individual kata.
