Cameroon is the first export market for Canada in CEMAC

During 2015, trade exchanges between Canada and Cameroon reached USD 79.9 million, approximately FCfa 47 billion, the High Commission of Canada in Cameroon announced on its official website.

According to the same source, these exchanges are largely in favour of the North American country, who exported over FCfa 42 billion worth of goods to Cameroon, which thus makes it the first export market for Canada in the Central African region, we learn.

These Canadian exports to Cameroon comprise, we learn, products such as cereals, vehicles, electrical and electronic equipment, or industrial machinery and paper.
