Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh, Secretary General at the Presidency of the Republic Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh, Secretary General at the Presidency of the Republic

As the Camair-co drama gets increasingly very clear to understand, it is becoming more imperative to know how this scenario was created in the first place.

Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh, Joseph Ngoh who is his brother (they both hail from the same district) and his childhood friend Nana Sandjo should definitely fall in the group of the most intelligent crooks of Cameroon. While the first is General Secretary at the Presidency of the Republic (SGPR), his brother of the same village is director of the agency of Public Procurement Regulation (ARMP) and their friend Nana Sandjo Paul is head of CAMAIR CO.

The French court ordered the seizure of Camair-Co accounts following claims by the West Engine Acquisition of hundreds of millions Camir-co owes, moneys which actually belong to the DG of the same Camair co or his GNS-International, a company he owns which is based in the tax haven of Delaware in the United – States. Many now questioned why Jean Nana Sandjo’s name did not appear in panama papers.

On a closer look, Joseph Ngoh and Nana Sandjo Paul certainly did not get their position because of their intelligence, or even as big businessmen, but simply because of the position occupied by Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh, The Secretary General at the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroon.

Only 11 months after being named SGPR, Ferdinand Joseph Ngoh Ngoh appointed Joseph Ngoh at the head of the ARMP. As his Alibi, former Director General, Jean Jacques Ndoudoumou was allegedly involved in financial scandals. After naming his brother, ferdinard Ngoh Ngoh gave a first boost to his childhood friend Nana Sandjo.

Initially as administrator of Camair-co. But Nana Sandjo was not happy. He believes that the position of administrator of Camair-co was small for him especially since both men share nearly 40 years of friendship.

They have known each other since their days in high school Joss in Douala. Nana Sandjo even tried to draw the attention of Ferdinand Ngoh on the issue through his brother Jean-Marie Vianny Nde Ngoh but the secretary general at the presidency did not appreciate it.

However, when the issue of Mboto Edimo started arising in Camair-co, Ferdinand Ngo Ngo sudjested to the head of state Paul Biya the name of his best friend who was already a director in the state owned Airline Company. The Head of State did not hesitate to validate it and on June 20, 2014, Nana Paul Sandjo was officially appointed General Manager of Camair-co.

In what has been described as the Ngoh Ngoh connection:
A 6% commission repaid to GNS was incorporated in the state of Delaware. Unfortunately Camair-co could not properly honour its commitment to West Engine Acquisition company (WEA).

The company hired engines, incorporated in the state of Delaware credited tax event after having exhausted all remedies to get paid, has sermons Camair-co before the Paris commercial court September 22, 2016. Pending the hearing in the 18th chamber of the commercial court of Paris, winning questions. The scammed Cameroon signatory of the contract agrees to roll out the contract for a seven (7) year period.

Thus,The West Engine Acquisition company (WEA) is claiming billions from Camair Co, threatening to seize its planes, but which is nevertheless held by Cameroonians .
