Bedimo features in AFCON 2015 dream team

Despite the early elimination of the Lions in the first round in the AFCON 2015 competition, some individual players have made a mark in the tourney.

After the finals of the Africa cup of Nations which took place in Equatorial Guinea at Bata last Sunday, the African Football Confederation (CAF) has made public the team of this competition and Henri Bedimo placed in the list.

The Indomitable Lions team is well represented in this ranking by Henri Bedimo who was designated best left side of the tournament.

The team designated by the CAF is dominated by representatives of the national team of Côte d'Ivoire (winner of the competition) which has 5 players in this ranking. Ghana, runner-up has two representatives. While the Algeria, screened from the quarter-finals by the Elephants of Ivory Coast; the Tunisia (output in the quarter by Equatorial Guinea), South Africa and Cameroon complete the picture with a representative.

Ghana's Christian Atsu, who was elected best player of the tournament was curiously not part of this team.
