The African Cup of Nations 2015, slated for January 17, will happen for sure considering the fact that Equatorial Guinea has replaced Morocco, with all the organizational challenges in so little time.

There is especially the return of the Indomitable Lions in the African arena after two missed consecutive editions. There is also the participation for the first time in history, five countries in the Central Africa sub-region: Congo Brazzaville, Dr Congo, Gabon, Guinea Equatorial and Cameroon.

This special event, therefore requires special coverage. On Monday, January 5, the national newspaper will launch its countdown with a special area dedicated to AFCON 2015. Cameroon Tribune intends to be at the heart of the event to offer its readers the most reliable and diverse information.

Thus, during these two weeks preceding the competition, we can discover the 16 qualified teams, with the stars to follow, the coaches. Legitimate attention will be paid to the national selection of Cameroon with a special page that will inform readers of the news around them.

From the publication of the 23 at the stage of Libreville, through to the friendly matches against the DRC and South Africa, nothing will be overlooked. Supporters will have an important place in this space to express their support and expectations. But CT will also address all preparations around the AFCON.
