Philemon Yang receives outgoing Chinese Ambassador

The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Philemon Yang has received in audience, the outgoing Ambassador of China to Cameroon, H.E. Wo Ruidi.

During the farewell audience on Friday 28th November, 2014, Ambassador Wo Ruidi stated that his two-year stay in Cameroon had been satisfactory.

According to the Ambassador, the completion of projects including the Douala Reference Hospital and the Kribi Deep Seaport, were visible signs of a successful sojourn of the Chinese in Cameroon.

The Chinese Diplomat also the saluted the Head of State’s tireless efforts in the fight against insecurity that led to the release of the 10 Chinese hostages captured by Boko Haram.

At the end of the audience, H.E. Wo Ruidi indicated that there are future development projects to be carried out in Cameroon by the Chinese Government.
