The Ministry of Higher Education agreed to pay the remaining balance of 550,000 CFA francs for each student.
MINESUP ahs until now failed to fulfill its part of the contract, hence the anger of the students who decided to pound the pavement in front of the National Assembly, which had the Minister Jacques Fame Ndongo present. Their moment of anger was quickly dispersed by security forces.
