Yves Michel Fotso absent at Court due to illness

Former Director General Manager of Camair could not leave his cell in the of State Defence Secretariat (SED) due to acute fatigue, asthenia.

The announcement was made at the Special Criminal Court by his counsel Mr. Ashet on Tuesday, December 9, 2014.

Pursued by the Crown and the State of Cameroon because of alleged misappropriation of 18 billion CFA Francs, the first hearing of the new case in which Yves Michel Fotso is the only accused, took place on Thursday 06 November.

As of 06 January, the debate should objectively start with the hearing of one or two of the six prosecution witnesses.
