Youths on holiday initiated to public service

The 8th edition of the Holiday internship activities organised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education has wrapped up on a satisfactory note.

312 students from secondary schools and Institutions of Higher Learning across the country took part in a two month internship programmes at the central and devolved services of the ministry.

During a ceremony to bid farewell to the interns, Minister Bidong Mpkatt saluted their efforts and sense of discipline hard work and punctuality.

Each of the interns received an attestation for participation and remuneration which they say will help them in preparing for the new academic year.
