Yaoundé: UK visa application centre now open

The British High Commission has announced the opening of the UK Visa Application Centre at the British High Commission in Yaoundé.

The announcement was made via the Commission's Twitter handle.

According to the statement, customers in Cameroon, Chad, Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon who had a confirmed appointment to lodge an application in Yaoundé this week, or who are required to collect their documents from the British High Commission, will be contacted directly by UKVI officials.

Officials, however, apologised for the inconvenience caused for the customers. See the tweet below.
