The Yaoundé military hospital located at Ngoa-Ekellé neighborhood had a special atmosphere on Wednesday, May 27, 2015.
The atmosphere was both emotionally charged, but especially hope of prompt recuperation of twenty soldiers wounded in various defense operations of the national territory against attacks from both the Nigerian Boko Haram, and in peacekeeping operations of Central African Republic.
Indeed, about twenty wounded soldiers, three soldiers of the Chadian army, are now admitted in Pavilion B of the Yaounde Military Hospital. To bring them comfort and support, the women of "The Verdant" have provided a significant donation of medicines.
For the Director of Military Health, the medical Colonel Emmanuel Ambroise Mama, "this gesture is a great honor for our wives and our mothers who come to encourage us. It is a "gesture that saves" our sick brothers and the wounded from the front."
For Ms. Garba, president of the friendly "The Verdant," "war, hostilities, injuries from the Boko Haram war touches us hard. We came for our children, our husbands and brothers who are in front."
