Victory for Abdouraman: The decision of the CCA

Abdouraman Hamadou, president of Etoile Filante of Garoua, has been declared victorious by the Circuit Court of Appeal (CCA).

The Chamber notes that Article 23 of the Articles of al 2b of FECAFOOT adopted in August 5, 2015, which gives quality to trades in the regional leagues to form the electoral quorum in the National Assembly, is a general duplicate with the provisions of paragraphs h, j and k of the same article.

It says that this article does not only violate the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 2011/018 of 15 July 2011 but also violets the organization and promotion of physical and sports activities in Cameroon. It also includes Article 12 of the bylaws of the regional leagues of FECAFOOT.

The consequence was the annulment of the first resolution which was adopted during the special session of the General Meeting on August 5, 2015.
