Two die in an accident at Tradex station

Two individuals whose names our sources gave as Eugène Madiba and Gustave Mondo lost their lives in a traffic accident on Friday, November 7, 2014 at the Tradex station, Village.

According to police, the two victims who were friends boarded a bike and were heading to Dibamba when their bike was violently struck by a Mercedes vehicle.

The crash was so severe that they were thrown under the wheels of a big carrier leading to the death at the spot. The driver of the Mercedes Benz fled the scene after the tragedy.

The motor driver, who has not yet been identified, survived with serious injuries. He was rushed immediately to the Laquintinie Hospital.
