The TPG of Nkongsamba siphons 35 billion FCFA in 4 years

Nkongsamba Nkongsamba

Information circulating about the TPG of Nkongsamba revealed that there has been a misappropriation of public funds by paying false emoluments (control taxes) from September 2011 to date.

It has been rumored by sources close to the Ministry of Finance that the misappropriation of funds were the result of a long chain of complicity that began at the Tribunal de première instance (Tpi) of Mbanga where majority of the court supplies was paid by Tpg Nkongsamba at a rate of 90%. This has resulted in several unanswered questions since then.

A confidential note sent to the head of state disclosed that the embezzlement covered a total of over 35 billion CFA francs from the corresponding function period of the general treasurer, Jean Pierre Wahoum in Nkongsamba.

The note to the President indicated that payments made in 2013 alone amounted to 13.744 billion CFA francs.

The question of how the jurisdiction covered only a particular district which received the highest paid justice bill and doing better than the whole of the Central Region and the rest of the Littoral jurisdictions is still unanswered.

Secondly, how the Magistrate, Landry Meke Martial continued to sign documents related to the legal cost of the fire city and Lapiro even though it was disagreed by the President of Tpi Mbanga.

It also appeared that there were inconsistencies related to these expenditures, through the nonexistence of dates binders and lack of timeframe for the contract year.

It denotes emphatically that more explanation for these developments will be needed to link to the diversions at the Tcf Mbanga.
