Samuel Eto'o Fils has not remained insensitive to the Wednesday’s twin bombings in the Maroua region that has left his country bereaved.

Via social networks, the successor to Roger Milla believes that despite the loss of lives in northern Cameroon, the country will win the fight against Boko Haram because terrorism will not triumph at his home.

“There is a saying that goes ‘the reed bends but does not break’. Today my miniature Africa has been shaken; significant casualties were recorded in the city of Maroua, north Cameroon, but we will not relent. My sincere condolences to the bereaved families. I share in our grief. Terrorism will not triumph,” said the new Antalyaspor striker in Turkey.

As a reminder, Kamikaze struck twice on Wednesday in Cameroon killing more than a dozen in Maroua ,in the far north.
