Supposed terrorist arrested at Kousseri, weapons confiscated

An operation by the Cameroonian army has yielded to an arrest of a supposed head of the cell of Boko Haram in Kousseri. Abakar Ali alias Moustapha Oumar who was arrested on Wednesday morning at the Kodogo district along with two of its accomplices Mahamat Ali and Issiaka Gare.

The operation also made it possible to lay hands on a significant hiding place of weapons of large gauges in Kousseri in a villa rented by a member of Boko Haram, Mahamat Ali.

It is thanks to the information provided by the people that these significant catches were possible.
