The trial between the football player and his ex-girlfriend Nathalie Koah resumes Thursday, October 29. Since the start of the trial in November 2014 at the Court of First Instance (TPI) at the Yaounde Administrative Centre, Samuel Eto'o has never been present.

At the last hearing, held last month, the case was referred to October 29, 2015, among others, for the appearance of the Cameroonian star. The hearing will be structured around the findings of the expert report which focused on sound recordings produced by Nathalie Koah, former companion of Samuel Eto'o.

They were sent to the accredited expert for the Centre Court of Appeal committed by the judge to authenticate the voices in different conversations Nathalie Koah has produced to prove the facts of threats and insults against Samuel Eto'o.

On May 27, 2014, Samuel Eto'o Fils filed a complaint against Séraphine Nathalie Helene Koah for "breach of trust, theft and fraud." His claims are a little over 200 million CFA francs from his ex-girlfriend.

On May 29, 2014, Nathalie Koah was arrested by police and held in custody for three days. In July 2014, Nathalie Koah in turn filed a complaint against Samuel Eto'o for "blackmail, conditional threats, publishing obscene images and sexual molestation."

Vulnerability

In December 2014, a month after the opening of the first case for judgement before the TPI judge, lawyers for both parties considering that the complaints in both cases are inseparable, requested and obtained the adjoining of the two suits. Thus, Samuel Eto'o and Nathalie Koah have both the status of the complainant and the accused.

In the testimony of Samuel Eto'o's witness, Christian Bernard Patrice, one of his friends, he said the nude photos of Nathalie Koah that ended up on the internet was orchestrated by herself. He left it to Nathalie Koah to prove otherwise.

Already, the conclusion of the expert report will not establish "acts of blackmail and conditional threats" which Nathalie Koah accused Samuel Eto'o and Christian Bernard Patrice.

The challenge of tomorrow's hearing

Marked by the humiliation she says she suffered as a result of the case, Nathalie Koah, recently owner of a lingerie brand for women has posted on her Facebook page tips for girls saying: "I met someone at 19 years while I was in Terminal class. An encounter that changed my life positively and negatively. Unfortunately, I did not know, because of vulnerability and fear of falling back into poverty and being limited. For now, I am the only culprit. Today the consequences are there. You lived with me on the other side of the illusion. Stay worthy !!! School, school and school. I must be an example of the things that should not be done. Take suggestive photos and send to her boyfriend, even if the "Ndolo" is how to forgive, be reasonable and think about the day when it can go worse. Do not fall for the vices and vagaries of your boyfriend by exploiting your body. Give up your youth and you will bitterly regret ... ".
