SIAS holds symposium at Yaoundé Conference Hall

Members of the International Symposium of the Assistantship and Secretariat (SIAS), are holding a conference which started on Monday June 1, 2015 at the Yaoundé Congress Hall.

The event that is expected to run till Sunday June 7 will end with a thanksgiving mass at the Cathedral of St. Peter the Apostles Mvolye.

The objectives of this symposium according to Bernadette Ngazoa, Vice President of SIAS, "is to enable the Secretary to strengthen its effectiveness in their duties, to be the co-pilot of their managers, to learn how to work with several bosses, and how to work with difficult people."

"For once, we are expecting 12 foreign countries and we will interact and adopt their positive techniques," said Mary Bernadette Mbezele another participant and executive secretary.

This year, thirty secretary movements in Cameroon partook in the week-long programme of lectures, debates, workshops, sales exhibition, gala evening, among other activities.
