MP of Nyong-et-Mfoumou in the Central Region,Roger Nkodo Dang, paid a visit to the Director General of the Society of Press and Publishing Cameroon (SOPECAM)to thank him for the immense support during the Pan-African Parliament (PAP)elections.

On May 27, Roger was elected as the president of the PAP in Midrand, South Africa after serving as senior Vice President of the body.

With Ms. Marie-Claire Nnana, Roger Nkodo Dang revisited the process that led to his election as head of the continental institution. An election that was not easy, according to him, facing other competitors especially, given the fact that he is a national of one of the sub-continent region who occupied the position not long ago.

"Your victory is all the more striking," replied his host. But he especially thanked the DG of SOPECAM for the accompaniment which has always been the routine of the daily Cameroon Tribune during this process.

A support he wished would continue during the three year period of his mandate as the head of PAP.

Roger Dang Nkodo notably gave an account of his achievement and especially his ambition to head PAP which is still known by a few.
