Qual. CHAN: Congo-Cameroon, a chair for two

The match between Cameroon and Congo is highly anticipated because one team has to win to complete the number of countries participating in the African Nations Championship (CHAN) Rwanda 2016.

Ivory Coast is the 15th-qualified country for CHAN Rwanda 2016. On Friday afternoon in Abidjan, the team led by Michel Dussuyer beat Ghana 1 goal to 0. In the away match, Ghanaians had won by 2 goals to 1.

The list of countries that will compete in the 4th edition of the African Nations Championship is almost final.

The final team will be made known after the match between Cameroon and Congo. Already qualified are Angola, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Gabon, Guinea, Mali, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Uganda, DR Congo, Tunisia, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Rwanda, the host country.
