Public finances reformed

A seminar to improve on Public Finance and to train concerned participants was held in Yaoundé, earlier this week.

It was an initiative of the Higher Specialization Program in Public Finance as a result of a partnership agreement between the Ministry of Finance and a French expertise.

Participants included experts in finance, coordinators and other actors in the private sector.

These participants developed a training catalog for 2016. This important seminar specifically enlightened applicants who still do not understand the financial management of the state. "We really did not understand Finance in Cameroon. This seminar is hoped to equip us with knowledge," expressed one participant.

It was the same for the performance of chain actors in the budget cycle. A training catalog will enable actors to be in line with the reform of public finances after the seminar which ended on August 25, 2015.
