President Biya receives Alamine Bourma-Treye Minister of Finance, Chad
The Chadian Minister of Finance and Budget Alamine Bourma-Treye has been received thisThursday 7th April 2016 at the Unity Palace by President Paul Biya.
After a 90-minutes discussion with President Paul Biya, the Chadian envoy told reporters he was bearing a sealed message from the Chadian President Idris Deby Itno.
Discussions with President Paul Biya were centred on the ongoing fight against Boko Haram and the forth coming elections in Chad.
