Peer educators raise HIV/AIDS awareness among youth

Launched a few weeks ago in Yaounde by the minister of public health, Andre Mama Fouda, the campaign "Holiday without aids" retracted into the station.

During this period, the peer educators of the national triangle walked the streets and neighborhoods of cities to generate among the young people, awareness and adoption of responsible behavior face to STI and HIV/AIDS.

Interlude or sports tournaments, recreational evenings and other distractions can lead to gaps of conduct. On the practical level, they also had for mission to bring their interlocutors to get tested, to withdraw their results and make use of condom, in case of sexual intercourse.

Throughout Cameroon, they are expected to receive close to 700,000 young people.
