Paul Biya dismisses two main police Commissioners

President of Cameroon, Paul Biya has dismissed two top police Commissioners, Membile Dimale Daniel Auguste (Mle 600056-K), in service at the regional delegation of the National Security in Garoua in the Northern Region, and Ngomedje Jules (Mle 583583 - T), Head of the regional division of the judicial police of the Northwest in Bamenda.

In two separate decrees published in the national bilingual newspaper, Cameroon Tribune and broadcasted on the national station, CRTV, on Tuesday, July 07, 2015, Paul Biya proceeded to terminate their role as Commissioners.

Reading Decree No. 2015/295, stated in articles 95 and 139 paragraph 1 - 2012/539 Decree of November 12, 2012, the main police Commissioner, Membile Dimale Daniel Auguste, born March 17 1973 and recruited as student police Commissioner on 3 September 2001, was dismissed without pension rights from the national security for: "serious compromises affecting the concerns of the police force", acts committed during 2012 and 2013.

In the second presidential text, Decree No. 2015/296 7 July 2015, it was mentioned that the other police Commissioner and head of the regional division of the police in Northwest in Bamenda, Ngomedje Jules, was recruited as a student police officer on October 13, 2000 and is no longer part of the framework of national security for: "violation of instructions and impropriety affecting the consideration of the police, acts committed in September 19, 2014.
