Paul Biya criticizes the work of Philemon Yang

According to political scientist Eric Mathias Owona Nguini, this speech dedicated the triumph of political maneuvering and politicking logic on bureaucratic politics.

"There is a doubt on the credibility of proven presidential speech and respect for commitments made by the governing system to Cameroonians. Owona Nguini also thinks that in denouncing the lack of coordination of government departments, Paul Biya is also addressing the Minister and Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, also responsible in this regard.
