Paul Biya celebrates his birthday in ‘gandoura’

Yesterday Saturday, February 13, 2016, in favour of his 83th birthday, Paul Biya did not attend the costume party as usual. He appeared in a sky blue gandoura with a neck scarf and a wide-brimmed hat. The President of the Republic has cut the cake in the presence of his wife, Chantal Biya Pulchérie.
